At these rates, €720 for two weeks including flights, it's hard to ignore the price. Still, I wouldn't recommend it, mainly because of safety concerns. I saw three British families report a robbery and an attempted break-in, and they said the burglars had keys. That's a huge red flag, and the staff did nothing about it. The rooms and facilities are just about bearable if you think of the place as a campsite rather than a hotel. The appliances are old but work, the bathroom is acceptable, and it's mostly peaceful with tolerable neighbors at this time of year. You can cook for yourself, which helps when the food at Caleta de Fuste pubs and restaurants is so poor. Mercadona nearby also sells great local products. Housekeeping is nonexistent, though, and you have to ask for clean towels yourself. Paying for all-inclusive here seems foolish. As a campsite, it works for getting some sleep and food before heading out to explore beautiful Fuerteventura.

We stayed in a Superior cottage, which was very clean and tidy, and had air conditioning. The hotel and holiday cottages are generally good, with several pools and friendly staff. Food was fresh and decent overall, and there was enough of it, though the selection was small. A tip about the bar: Aitor is a great guy, but watch out, one drink from him can knock you out 😄 His “turbo combo” mixes are basically half alcohol. For what it costs, there's really not much to complain about.

I was extremely disappointed and would never return. The place felt neglected and poorly maintained, far below an acceptable standard. At night, cockroaches and ants filled the room, making it hard to sleep and raising serious hygiene concerns. There was no Wi-Fi in the bungalow area despite what I expected, and no air conditioning either. During the whole week, nobody came to clean, change the bed linen or towels, or replenish the toilet paper. There was no shower gel, shampoo, or other basic toiletries. The beds were in bad condition: the mattress shifted and fell when you slept, which was especially inconvenient as a couple. There was no sound insulation, and even the wind made the windows move. The administrator was arrogant and unprofessional. When I arrived, I had to wait for him to finish smoking at the entrance before he would help me. The location was another major problem. It's on a steep hill, with everything far away. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk uphill to the accommodation, and even the nearest shop means going down and back up. If you're elderly, have mobility issues, or don't like long uphill walks, I strongly advise against staying here.

It was a quiet spot, and the neighbors kept to themselves without making much noise. My family and I still had a lovely time, despite the windy, rainy weather over the last few days, and I'm looking forward to Greece in two months. The rooms were basic, and the people serving food and drinks were average. The beds felt like lying on a plank, maybe a 7/10, and I spent a lot of nights tossing around to get comfortable. The bathroom was small, and the shower was OK, but with no door the water got onto the floor and flooded the place. My mum also noticed a musty smell from the toilets. We guessed it might be coming from nearby drains.

The reception staff were helpful, and I'm really pleased with my stay. For the money, the service and cleanliness were top notch, even though it's an older two-star hotel. The bungalow was clean and had utensils, a microwave, and other basics. The bathroom was clean too, though there was no hand soap or shampoo, so pick some up at the shop down the road, especially local products. The pool bar was great, with large glasses so you don't have to keep walking back and forth from the pool. Great location, and I'll be back next year. Thanks very much.
