This was our fourth visit, and we always have a fabulous time. The town has so many lovely walking routes, and breakfast is a great way to start a day out on them. Miguel and his family run a wonderful Casa Rural, with spotless bedrooms and inviting shared spaces, including patios for sitting in the sun. The location feels local and isn’t too close to the tourist spots.

Miguel made us feel at home right away. He was so friendly and helpful, and even opened the bar for us during siesta hours. The lounge, kitchen, and pretty terrace are lovely extras. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the main plaza, and our room was clean and comfortable, with the best air conditioning for keeping it cool.

We ended up coming back as soon as we had the chance, because we felt at home here. We’d stayed two days, extended for two more because we loved the hotel and town, then moved on to other places in southwest Spain. The owner-manager is a real professional, always friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was the best experience of our tour of southwest Spain.

Miguel doesn’t speak English, but using Google Translate made it easy to communicate. He recommended an excellent tapas place and gave us a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and cozy, and he’s a great guy. A really nice place to stay!

We had a wonderful weekend here. Our room was a good size and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
