The staff at reception were really friendly and the service was excellent, but the room was a letdown. The bathroom was tiny and the furniture needed replacing. There was no air conditioning, and opening the windows at night only brought in the glare from the building's spotlights, so we had to keep the blinds shut. The reception and shared areas look great, but the rest falls apart once you get to the room. At least we only stayed one night.

I usually keep quiet instead of leaving a bad review, but this place costs a lot for what it offers: €44 a night for one person. The room left plenty to be desired, especially that ridiculous bathroom. You'd have to sit sideways on the toilet with the door open. The staff were friendly, though.

The breakfast isn't very varied, but the prices are good for the quality. Most rooms are set up for two or three people, and each has its own bathroom. It's a welcoming hostel used for business meetups and small conferences, as well as a place to stay for events like Aracena's ham fair just across the street, or for tourist groups.

At night, take a flashlight for the hallways. They're so dark you can't even find the light switches. The rooms are really shabby, and the bathroom is awful, with a tiny shower stall that's been painted. The toilet was covered in dead mosquitoes, despite a plastic sign saying it had been disinfected. Breakfast costs 4 euros for a buffet that barely offers anything, not even fruit. At 47 euros per room, it's expensive for what you get. I won't be back.
