The owner was lovely and gave us useful information about local activities and routes. The village itself has no shops, just a bar, though the people are nice and there are summer activities in the square. The area has plenty to see, so I recommend a stay here. The apartment is modern, clean, and well maintained, with everything looking quite new. The bathroom is spacious and the shower works well, while the small kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. One bedroom is larger, with a door to the terrace, and both have closets. The smaller bedroom has just two skylights and gets very hot. Since the apartment is on the top floor and faces one direction, it doesn't ventilate well; there are four fans. The sloping ceilings in parts of the bedrooms and living room mean you have to duck in the low spots. The grassy pool area is great for cooling off. The terrace is narrow, but there's room for a clothesline and a chair. The bathroom has no bidet.

We really liked the place, and Elizabeth was kind and available if we needed anything, though we didn't end up needing help. It's close to Aranda but out on the edge, so there was no traffic or other noise. The house was bigger than we'd expected, cute, and in very good condition. The kitchen is small but very practical, with new appliances: a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, and capsule coffee machine. They'd left coffee capsules, tea, sugar, breakfast pastries, jam, cleaning supplies, napkins, and dishwasher cleaner too. There's also cooking space, and everything felt well provided for. All the rooms have TVs, and there are books and board games. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is huge, with a shower, toilet, and an unusual sink. As a woman, I appreciated the room for toiletries and beauty products, with space at the sink and a shelf. A hairdryer and towels were provided. Central heating came on a couple of times a day, enough to keep us warm at night, and there's a thermostat to adjust it. The only real drawback was no Wi-Fi. We used mobile data as a modem to stream a movie, which worked. The fridge also makes noises now and then, and it can be a bit startling until you get used to it. Still, those were small things compared with how complete the place was. We'll recommend it and come back.

The owner was on hand in case anything was missing, though we had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom basics were all there, including coffee capsules, breakfast muffins and buns, toast, cleaning and laundry supplies, napkins, and toilet paper. It's a clean, modern apartment, set up in a practical and comfortable way. I'd gladly return and recommend it.
