The colleague said we were being disrespectful and that she thought our behavior was rude, even though we explained we planned to order more food later. We were visiting Aranjuez with four friends and had asked for a table to have drinks and a small plate to snack on. The waiter said the table was only for people eating, so we offered to start with one plate and order more afterwards. They still told us to get up and leave, without even letting us have our drinks. The service was appalling and incredibly rude. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The waiter was friendly, polite, and helpful, and they gave us complimentary shots at the end. They brought over a sort of bottle with the ones we ordered, enough for lots of shots. I can only speak about the restaurant since I didn't stay at the hostel. We ate in the dining room because it was so hot outside. The menu was cozy, very complete, and delicious for 20 euros. I understand that price was because it was Sunday, which seems reasonable. I'll be back 🥰
