The staff were lovely, and the location is great, right opposite the Palace. It's a modern hotel, with spacious rooms overlooking the castle and a particularly large bathroom with a great shower. Bathrobes and slippers were complimentary. There's a garage for parking, though it costs extra. Breakfast downstairs has both hot and continental choices, with a very good spread and plenty to choose from. The only small complaint is that the breakfast room was quite chilly.

Our upgraded room was very spacious and had a sitting area, a robe and slippers, two toilets, and a super comfortable bed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Aranjuez, in a great location. 100% recommended.

The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and was nice. The hotel is opposite the palace, and the room was good. Some staff speak limited English, which caused confusion.

The rooms are very big, and there's quite a bit of variety on the breakfast menu. The best thing is being close to Aranjuez's central attraction. The location gets 5*, though the hotel is a bit overpriced.

Right in front of the Royal Palace, the location is perfect. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast had an excellent selection and service. Thanks to Rosa and all the staff 🙏🏼
