Occidental Aranjuez

There are plenty of places to sit, plus a balcony dining area and a tennis court. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar menu is good, though I'd prefer more healthy options. It's a large hotel in a relatively small area, with modular facility rooms that can be customised for size. Airflow is reasonable for anything energetic, but I suspect it would be a bit too warm in summer. A local supermarket, pharmacy, and a few places to eat are within walking distance. Parking is available, it's next to a casino, and there are very good bus links.

As Japanese business travelers, we really appreciated the mix of professional amenities and warm Spanish hospitality during our recent business meeting at this Spanish hotel. The meeting facilities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made everything smooth and productive. We look forward to returning.

The hotel is outside Aranjuez, so having a car is best. Our suite was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with fantastic beds, and the breakfast buffet was good. We really enjoyed the SPA and found the staff there very friendly, though it felt a bit too crowded for us. The outdoor pool could use better maintenance.

We’d happily come back for a longer stay. The gym was so well equipped that we wished we’d brought our sportswear, and the hotel also has paddle courts, a pool, a spa, a restaurant, a terrace bar and conference facilities. Breakfast was good, and I’d include it when booking. Our spacious, clean room looked out over the pool and had a very large, comfortable bed. We also appreciated the bathrobes, slippers and bathroom items, from soap and body lotion to a hairdryer and dental kit. The only little letdown was an empty minibar, though you can buy drinks and snacks at the small stand by reception. We stayed one night at Occidental Aranjuez and had a great time.
