We found cockroaches and ants, and there was hair everywhere, which was really unpleasant. The rooms were old and obviously need renovating, and the service was terrible. They also sold more pool tickets than the pool could accommodate, so it was crowded and uncomfortable. A very poor experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

8/10
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, right in the spa complex. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is wonderful. My only gripe was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. It was a great stay.

A terrible experience with the hotel. When we arrived, we were told I’d have to pay extra for my wife to stay with me. I’d called a month earlier to update them, and they said everything was fine and the booking was confirmed.

10/10
The staff were helpful and very polite. Rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed whenever needed. I had a wonderful vacation and would happily return and recommend the hotel. A more critical eye might notice a few things that aren’t perfect.

6/10
The rooms were really clean and nice, and the spa circuit was very good, though you have to pay extra for it. For the price, the rest was just okay. Service at both the hotel and restaurant was slow, and our robes and flip flops were missing from the room. A cleaner handed them to us in a crumpled ball, not even folded. There was construction and garden work everywhere. Machinery made the room vibrate through the day, so a quiet morning was out of the question. Eating inside the bar was impossible because of the noise, and the outdoor area had wasps all over it. The thermal pools were old and dingy, with missing tiles and mold.
