The facilities were clean, and the woman at reception was kind, though she only spoke Spanish. We stayed for two nights. On the second night it was very windy, as our tent was up on the hill. The campsite was almost empty, with a few guests in campervans and no one else in a tent. In November there’s no shop at the campsite, so bring water and food if you arrive late after a long hike. The nearest restaurant is 1.5 kilometres away, and we can recommend it!

The tent pitches are clean and flat, with permanent tables, and the shower blocks are super clean. The cabin apartments are perfect for a traveling family. There’s a lake with lots of water activities, hiking trails, and a pool with an awesome view. It’s also very close to the parking lot for Caminito del Rey. A fantastic camping spot tucked out of the way!

Each of the 130 tent pitches has its own table, and they're nicely shaded. The tent area is separate from the camper van pitches, with space mostly suited to small and medium tents. It's close to El Chorro and the beach, and the toilets are nice, with hot showers that are especially useful in colder weather.

The lake views were amazing, and the location works really well for Caminito del Rey. There are sports to try too, including kayaking. I couldn't try the archery or climbing during this visit, but I still had a great time at this multifunctional Spanish campsite.

We had a pitch with electricity, and drinking water was easy to get. It's a great spot to bring a kayak, or you can rent one there, with amazing scenery all around. I spent the weekend here with my two little dogs. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is a dog park where dogs can be off leash.
