Arenas is a great starting point for lots of wonderful hikes. We found the price made this a great value, and the staff were all wonderful. Our large room had a balcony, and it was clean and very comfortable. We had no noise problems from the road or other rooms, even though the hotel is right in town. There's a convenient parking lot across the street. On the few occasions it was full, we used the nearby municipal lot. Breakfast was €8 per person per day, and we could choose which days to have it without reserving. It was large and filling, mostly carbs. Everyone got the same breakfast, so it came out quickly; the only choice was coffee or tea. There was no “do not disturb” sign, so housekeeping came daily and did a good job.

We stayed three nights in June, and the friendly staff were helpful. It was good value, with breakfast and parking, and made a good base for walking. The hotel is in the town center with lovely mountain views. Our room faced the main road, but there was little traffic noise at night. It was nice and comfortable.

The room had a lovely view of the mountains, and it was easy to get into the rest of town. Staff were nice and friendly. The hotel was quiet, although with the tile floors you could hear doors closing in the hallway. Breakfast is served by staff rather than set out for self-service, so the selection is very limited.

Reception staff were very welcoming and gave us lots of advice on places to visit. The location is good, and underground parking is available, though spaces are limited; there's also additional parking around the apartments. The apartment was spacious but very basic. The living room wasn't very comfortable, and the bedrooms and kitchen were basic too. There was no TV in the living room, only in the bedroom.

There was plenty of space, but the walls were thin enough that I could hear everything nearby. I also found hairs in the room. I was pleased to see a bathtub and looked forward to a hot bath instead of a shower, then noticed the plug was too small, lol. No bath after all. Not terrible, but it didn't feel like such good value for money.
