Casa Alcazaba de Beas Velez-Malaga by Ruralidays

La Alcazaba was our home for three winter months, and we were lucky to enjoy its magnificent view. There's attention to detail in every corner, and nothing was missing. When we arrived, our host Adriano had left a generous fruit basket and one of his bottles of wine for us. The underfloor heating kept the place comfortably warm throughout. Thank you.

Photos really can’t capture it. Staying here felt like living inside a work of art, and it changed my own home and sparked my creativity in a way I’d never experienced before. The owners are so kind, and the view is beyond words. For me, this is the most beautiful place in the world.

The road up is steep and narrow in spots, which makes sense on a mountain, but once you see the views, it’s worth it. The house has everything you need, and Adriano is such a warm, welcoming host.

Peak season pricing by the week is very reasonable. The villa is one of a group of three, and it’s lovely and quiet with a beautiful sea view. The house itself is beautiful, and the owner is very friendly and speaks French.
