This was my first time in Arganda, and I had a very good stay. The location is great, the room was clean, and the coffee service was good. Thanks to Fabiana and Alex for looking after me. I'll recommend the hotel to my friends and will be back.

The two people at reception were incredibly filthy and completely unprofessional. Sometimes nobody would be there, and calls went unanswered. Then they'd show up looking as if they'd just come out of the shower, and they wouldn't let us in. Cleaning was awful too. We'd arrive the following weekend and find the same dust bunnies and chewing gum, and the bathroom was still unhygienic. We brought our own towels, but one day realized they'd put on the same sheets as the previous guests. The woman didn't even apologize.

We arrived very late in the morning and there was nobody around when I wanted to ask about it. Our stay was supposed to run until 11, but at 9 they shut off the lights, air conditioning, TV, and all the electricity, so we couldn't charge our phones or anything. I'd also booked a room for my partner and me but was given separate beds. The price I was quoted on the phone changed at the reservation stage, then changed again when we arrived.
