This was our second stay. The first time we came just with our children, so having only one bathroom wasn’t an issue. This time there were eight of us, and sharing that one bathroom made things quite difficult. The apartment itself is spacious and very clean. The bedrooms had everything we needed, and I found the mattresses and pillows really comfortable, even though I usually sleep badly away from home. There’s no elevator, so getting to the third floor with suitcases, bags, and the kids’ strollers was a bit of a hassle. It’s centrally located in town and close to Senda Viva and Bárdenas Reales.

For us, this felt more like a 3/5 than a 5/5. Getting in touch through WhatsApp was impossible. Calls worked, though sometimes the contact felt overly intrusive, and I’d have preferred a reply by message. The apartment’s location is great for Senda Viva, Bardenas Reales, and Olite, and the private indoor parking was a plus. But the supplies were limited for four people: only two cups and two forks, and similarly few bathroom items. We had four large towels, one hand towel, two bottles of shower gel, and three bottles of shampoo for a three-night stay. The sofa bed had no duvet, so I had to call, get a key to another apartment, and fetch one myself. The air conditioning didn’t give much heat, so it might not be enough in winter. The internet was available but wouldn’t connect, and since nobody answered our WhatsApp messages, we had no way to sort it out. The place was okay, but there’s room to improve.

The apartment is new, and all the furniture is in perfect condition. It’s in a quiet, convenient spot for heading into the Bardenas, and there’s private parking with direct access to the apartments. We could have used a coat rack or some hangers, since there’s nowhere to put clothes in the apartment or bathroom. The closet only really suits four people and has just one hanger each. A low table or shelf for small items would also help, as there’s nowhere else to leave them.

Clean, nicely equipped, and there’s parking in a private courtyard. The location is great for visiting the Bardenas.

The apartment was new and very well maintained, and the service was excellent. It’s conveniently located near Senda Viva and the Bardenas Reales. There could be a few more kitchen utensils, but we managed with what was there and were very happy with our stay. The village swimming pools are a short drive away and really nice. There were lots of mosquitoes, but the pools are a treat, especially on very hot days.
