Kora Nivaria Beach

We stayed with our small child and really loved how relaxed it felt. It’s especially good for families who want a calmer setting, without crowded pools or lots of noise. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, and the pools and activities like Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi were a lovely bonus. We also recommend the Slow Breakfast. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, away from busy resorts and constant entertainment. We felt completely at home at Kora Nivaria Beach and were genuinely sad to leave. Thanks to the whole team for making the holiday special. If we’re back in Tenerife, we’ll stay here again.

I came back to Kora for the second time this year, and it happened to be my birthday. The staff made it feel really special, and the team were amazing. Our room was modern and had everything we needed. I especially liked the huge private balcony and how quiet it was. Yoga and pilates were included, and the breakfast, cocktail bar, and cafe were all good quality and good value. Adult only pool time hours would be a great way to add some balance. I’d love to return.

The view was incredible, and we’ll remember it for a long time. Our stay at Kora Nivaria Beach was wonderful, and the accommodation was modern, beautiful, and very well maintained. What stood out most was the location. The resort is by a rocky beach, lovely for sunrise walks, and there’s an affordable, good coffee at the on-site café. It’s in a calm area between Tenerife’s south and north, away from mass tourism but still convenient. Good restaurants are about 10 minutes away by car, and a well-stocked supermarket is just a 3-minute walk. The staff were kind and welcoming, and even gave us a discount. There’s a clean pool, underground parking, and plenty of street parking. Check-in went smoothly for our double apartment with a terrace facing the beach. We stayed for a week and had a really nice time. The apartment was clean, but a bit dated. The shower drain isn’t great and can flood the bathroom. A few details could use attention, like mirrors, pillows, maintenance, and supplies. Cleaning only happens every three days, which felt infrequent when we wanted fresh towels. The two rooms in the double bedroom apartment share a wall, so there’s no privacy and you can hear everything. It’s good value for money, and a few small improvements could make it feel like a five-star stay.
