A peaceful spot away from the bustle of the bigger villages, with majestic views and a great location for visiting with children. The service was excellent, and everything on site was well maintained and available to use. Our bedroom was in good order, though a little cramped for four people, two adults and two children. Still, a great aparthotel.

The heated pool was the only thing we could really use, and our swimsuits faded from whatever chemicals may have been in it. The studio itself might do for one night, but it was much too small for two adults and two 11-year-old children, and the price felt extremely high for the quality. We booked a studio with a double bed and sofa bed hoping for a quiet stay. The first night, the people upstairs were running around and playing ball with a small child until nearly midnight. The sofa bed nearly swallowed you depending on how you moved, and wasn't in shape for the next guests. The sink was blocked, and the hot tub didn't work either. I asked to change studios the day after we arrived because of the noise and other problems, but nothing was done. The service itself was good, but I wish there had been a positive recommendation to help avoid this happening again. I've been visiting Cantabria for years, and this was one of the few trips I regretted. Maybe it was bad luck, or perhaps other travelers should share their experiences. The place isn't terrible, but it needs renovating. We were more eager to leave than stay, and probably won't return. Best regards.

The spa was the highlight for us, especially being able to use it throughout the day as often as we wanted. Warm water and a chance to relax, which was a real bonus. Our apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days. The historic center location is handy for restaurants, and La Arena beach is just a few minutes away by car. You can walk there too, though it takes a bit. Service was excellent, with the staff always attentive. We'd definitely recommend this place in Isla and will be back! 😊
