We went at the beginning of September, when it was busy enough to have a bit of a holiday atmosphere but there was still room by the pool. The Chicken Shack food was delicious, and staff around the complex, pool bar, and restaurant were all welcoming. Our room had plenty of space and storage, stayed cool during the day, and the bedroom was out of the sun so it was comfortable at night. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was a good size. It was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. We’d definitely go back.

The pool bar food is lovely and reasonably priced. Bring a sweater if you’re heading there in the evening, it gets chilly once the sun goes down.

It’s a good, cheap place with friendly staff. The rooms aren’t fancy, so don’t expect golden chandeliers, but they have what you need. Ours had two separate rooms for two people, with space to sleep four, plus a kitchen with all the necessary cutlery, TV, shower, toilet, balcony, and living room. There’s a car rental place right beside the hotel, and restaurants and markets are a five-minute walk away. There’s also a good place to swim about ten minutes away. I was really happy with it.

The rooms are very basic. If all you need is a comfortable bed and a decent shower, though, it’s okay.
