The best thing about this hotel is where it is. Everything is within a 15 minute walk, which is super convenient. The staff were really friendly and helped whenever I needed something. The hotel is well maintained and works for regular or budget travelers, but don't expect high-end service, food or drinks. The food is very simple, though whether you like it depends on your taste. I'd read plenty of comments saying you get what you pay for, and that felt about right. I gave service 5 because of reception.

Siam Park is only a 20 minute walk away, which was a big plus, and the location is not too bad. The room itself was nice and clean, and reception was good when we arrived. But the door had a gap at the top and looked as if it had been kicked in from the inside, so it needs replacing. I put out the do not disturb sign, but the maids still came in. Cleaning was fine, except they threw away the plastic travel bags I needed to get home and had left on the counter. It was very noisy, with boys running laps around the corridors day and night. As other reviews say, you get what you pay for. Maybe it's perfect for a boys trip or hen party, but I definitely wouldn't come as a couple.

At least the place is clean and tidy, though it's dimly lit everywhere, all the time, like they're worried about the electric bill. We paid for a double room but got two singles pushed together, and had to ask three times before anyone brought toilet roll. All-inclusive wasn't worth the money, with breakfast the only saving grace. The drinks tasted like drain cleaner, and the first floor STINKS of cannabis.

We've stayed here twice now, and I look forward to coming back. It feels like good value for money in a great location, as long as you don't expect a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. I liked the all-inclusive food, there was always something I wanted, and the drinks were great too. There's a large pool with plenty of sunbeds. We were on the ground floor and could hear people returning from the bars and clubs at night, but it wasn't too often.
