The staff and complex at Las Floritas were fabulous. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean, and the pool was very good. There's also a bar with nice staff.

We stayed in apartment 12.1. It was good value, in a quiet, family-friendly complex with shops nearby. Playa las Américas is about a 15-minute walk, and Siam Park is also 15 minutes away on foot. The bedroom and living room were both spacious, and the terrace looked over a swimming pool. Not having a reception desk was inconvenient. We had to contact the owner, who seemed a bit rude. When I called about a problem, he only replied to WhatsApp messages. He did eventually sort it out very well, but we missed having someone there in person to check us in.

Everything else was good, but the bathroom brought the rating down for me. It's small, has no window, and doesn't have the essential bidet pullout.

It's an 80s-style apartment with a washing machine. The pool is old-fashioned but good for swimming, and there's a kiosk inside where you can get drinks and something to eat.
