The internet is fast and the layout works fine, but the apartment itself is below par. The bathroom has a clay-like smell, the kettle is moldy, and the kitchen is sparse. The plates and cutlery were sticky and didn’t look freshly cleaned. We booked through Carment Rentals, which I couldn’t find anywhere to review. They took a €100 deposit at check-in and didn’t return it. When we asked why, they claimed a microwave tray had been broken, supposedly worth 70-100 PLN. I’m pretty sure that tray wasn’t even in there. They gave several reasons for keeping the deposit, but I don’t believe the broken tray claim. Be careful renting through this service. To me, it feels like a scam.
