Hollywood Mirage Hotel

The evening entertainment really made this trip for me, especially the dancing, laughs, and Pink Party. David & Laura were a big part of that. They made me feel welcome at the daytime activities and brought so much energy to the evenings. The whole animation team put in a lot of effort and made a real difference to the guest experience. I’m heading back to the UK after an incredible stay at Hollywood Mirage, and I hope I can return and see some familiar faces. There’s a fantastic variety of entertainment here, and the team makes you feel included.

For families, there’s plenty to keep the kids busy, and our 2-year-old loved the kids’ club. The pool area was excellent too, with one heated pool and two others offering lots to do during the day. Our room was spacious and very clean. The one real downside was reception service. One receptionist with brown hair was extremely rude to us on two separate occasions and showed very poor customer service. Another couple told us they’d had the same issue with her, so it didn’t seem isolated. Everything else was very good, and more consistent service would make this an excellent family resort. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it, especially for families.

The staff have been lovely, and the entertainment was great. Last night’s BBQ was cheap and cheerful, a good choice for anyone after a reasonably priced stay. I’m very happy with the room too: the apartment is simple but stunning, with upstairs and downstairs, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view over the main strip down the road.

The main pool had such a good vibe, with popular music, dance routines, competitions, and really friendly animation staff. Pool drinks were great, though lunch by the pool felt a little pricey and could be better. We also had great balcony views and the shower pressure was a dream. There’s plenty of street parking around the hotel if you rent a car. We really enjoyed our stay, good value for some winter sun.
