The pool was a highlight: roomy, quiet, and a pleasant temperature. Even when the area was busy, there were still beds available without getting up early to reserve one. The snack bar was nice too, with good drink prices. We asked in advance for a quiet room after reading reviews, and the quick email replies were reassuring. We got room 411, as requested. Check-in went smoothly, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and the room matched its description. It was spacious and clean, with a great balcony. The maid service was fantastic, with meticulous cleaning and a visit after 11 each day, which suited us perfectly. Breakfast had a nice range of tasty hot and cold options, and we were served quickly when we ate around 9.30. The omelette station was especially good. The hotel’s location worked well for both the strip in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Everything was close, yet the area felt safe and quiet. Staff were lovely in every part of the hotel. This was our first stay at the Andorra Hotel, and we were very impressed. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel and rooms were spotless during our 11-night stay at the andora, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but the evening meals were atrocious. I’d book room only to avoid being disappointed.

This is our favourite go-to hotel in Playa de las Americas. Bus stops, a supermarket, and a laundry are right next door, with bars and restaurants practically on the doorstep.

There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The beach and restaurants are fairly close, and Veronicas strip is about a 10-minute walk away.

We’d stayed here years ago, shortly after the refurbishment, and the rooms are still looking great. This time we booked a large balcony room and added an extra night because of our late flight home. The staff were really helpful sorting it all out by email. When we arrived, there was chilled bottled water in the fridge along with a few other welcome items. It’s an excellent hotel with genuinely helpful staff, and we’d definitely recommend staying here.
