The pool was clean and nice, and our townhouse was spacious and clean too. But while we were asleep, someone broke in and stole phones, money, and shoes from beside my children’s beds after going through their rooms. I was distraught and really scared. People there didn’t seem bothered or willing to help, apart from the English people we met at dylans and oyster bar, who were very helpful and sorry this had happened. The burglar walked through the house while we slept. I visit tenerife a lot, but after this I’ll never stay in the complex again.
