The daily poolside activities were a lot of fun. We decorated our own tote bags and made glass necklaces, and there was a different activity each day. The pool loungers were another story, since people reserved them and then went out without using them, making it hard to get one. The hotel looks really pretty after its renovation, and a lot of work has gone into it. I’d stayed here before and loved it then, too. We had an easy check-in and comfortable rooms, with daily cleaning and fresh bed linen and towels. There was cold food waiting in the room when we arrived. It wasn’t to my taste, but it was a thoughtful touch. Dinner changed daily, which worked well for a picky eater like me, and there was pasta every day. The staff were so kind when I forgot it was our checkout day. I was stressed and looked a mess, and they really took care of me. There’s now a food shop where the basement trinket shop used to be, which is good, though I’m sad the old shop is gone. It’s a great hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for making my holiday special. I’ll be back next year.

Henry at reception made our stay especially enjoyable. He was welcoming, professional, and friendly from the moment we arrived. He arranged an early check-in, which we really appreciated after the journey, and made sure we got a fantastic room. His positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and valued. He went out of his way to help, and is a real credit to the hotel. We hope they recognize what an outstanding member of staff he is. Highly recommended, and thank you, Henry, for making our visit so pleasant.

The room, on the sea-view side, was bigger than I expected, and the pool was fine. It’s a decent hotel, about a 5-10 minute walk from the boulevard, with a supermarket nearby. Breakfast, though, was the same each day and didn’t offer much choice. The end of the stay left a bad taste. We had to leave at 11:00 AM, and reception said a late checkout wasn’t possible, even for an extra charge, although we weren’t leaving until late afternoon. We went swimming at the beach and then asked where we could shower. There was a shower, but it was in an extremely filthy toilet area, with no ventilation. There was nowhere to put our things except on the wet floor beside the urinals, and the door had no lock. Once you check out, the friendliness seems to stop and you’re treated like you can get lost. It’s a shame our stay had to end that way.

Our room was lovely, modern, clean, and had a great shower and beds. We got a free upgrade on arrival to a beach-facing room. The hotel is well placed for the beach and restaurants, and there’s a free shuttle to Siam Park right outside. We got a Jet2 package holiday at a great price and had a really lovely stay. Highly recommend it.

The lifts were the main hassle for us. For most of the visit, only two small ones were working, and they could just about fit six people. With 15 floors, waits built up at busy times. On the days when three lifts were running, things were much better. We learned to avoid them right after entertainment or just before meals. Checkout was another letdown: we could stay until midday, but our band was cut off, so we couldn’t get food or drinks. There was only one small changing room downstairs, and a shower in the toilets that wasn’t great. We wished checkout didn’t feel like the hotel was done with us and we had no access to anything. The location was very handy, about 10 minutes from the beach, five minutes from bars, restaurants, and the market, and only a couple of minutes from a small supermarket. It’s also close to activities like Siam Park and boat trips. We arrived around 11 in the morning and couldn’t check in yet, which was understandable. We could change into swimwear and leave our bags in storage, then use the pool while we waited. There were plenty of loungers, though we went outside school holidays and I can imagine it gets busier in summer. The pool was probably small for a hotel this size, but the water was pleasantly cool and we had no real complaint. Our room on the 11th floor faced the car park, but we could see the beach, harbour, Los Cristianos town, and mountains. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a good size for drying clothes, and the bathroom and shower were lovely. There was plenty of storage, with two sets of drawers and two hanging spaces, plus a small safe, fridge, kettle, and tea station. The pool bar worked with tokens for all-inclusive guests. You got a cup, with San Miguel on tap, sangria, wine, and soft drinks. From around 11 to 6, the food was basic, such as burgers, hot dogs, and chips, with toasties and pastries too. The lobby bar was lovely, with good drinks and smiling, friendly staff. They showed most, if not all, of the World Cup matches while we were there. Breakfast was much the same most days, with cold meats and bread, hot options like sausages and eggs, plus yoghurt and cereal. There were plenty of seats, food was continually replenished, and we never found it running short. We only had lunch once, with steaks, freshly cooked meat and fish, stew, meatballs, pasta, and fresh pizza most days. There were salads, desserts, and soft-serve ice cream with sauces and toppings. Dinner changed most nights, including Chinese-style and English-style evenings. We weren’t there for many dinners, but everything we tried tasted good. There was a decent range, the food stayed hot, and there was room to eat inside or out. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming. For a fairly low-cost all-inclusive, we felt it was good value. We had a lovely holiday and a great time. The hotel suits families and couples, with nice rooms and decor, friendly staff, and food that felt good for the price. We’d definitely recommend it.
