The location is on the quieter side of Los Cristianos, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and even more about five minutes away at the beach. My partner and I are around 50, and the feel of both the area and the complex really suited us. We’ll be back next year, no doubt. Our apartment had a rustic Spanish style, with a bedroom, bathroom and washing machine, a kitchen with enough counter space and cupboards, and a spacious lounge with a sofa bed, dining table, TV, and internet. There was another TV in the bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, a safe, bedside table, and drawers. The balcony catches the sun and has roll-down covers on every side. The pool area was lovely, with lots of loungers, showers, toilets, a large pool, and tasteful plants and decorations. There’s a hoist to help disabled people get into the pool. Beside it is a nice restaurant and bar serving good food and cold drinks, though I’m not sure about alcohol. The complex has security gates that need a fob for access to the grounds, building, and pool, so only residents can use the facilities. They’ve also thought about wheelchair and mobility scooter access, with parking spaces outside and inside.

The apartment was nice and came with beach towels and lots of cooking utensils. It could have been cleaner, though: there was a lot of dirt and dust under the bed. The pool bar they advertise has apparently been closed for a long time, according to a resident. With the weather being bad, it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and get a drink. The location near the beach, bars, and restaurants is lovely, but there wasn’t much to do, so I wouldn’t book again. Overall, it was okay.

There’s a good mix of residents and holiday rentals here. The apartments are a good size and the location is handy, right next to a hiperdino supermarket. The pool is great, with plenty of sun beds and warm water.

Tania was a great host. She was there to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The sofa bed is double-bed size and really comfortable for two people. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and in a nice, quiet spot with a swimming pool. There’s free off-street parking and a supermarket just around the corner. Los Cristianos beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Definitely recommend it!
