The terrace was nice and the location is very good, but several parts of the stay were disappointing. The apartment lacked basics like paper, garbage bags, spare cloths and towels. The kitchen was so poorly equipped it was almost unusable. The only clothes-drying equipment was rusty and in very poor condition. Rest was difficult. The curtains didn’t block daylight, so we woke up early each morning, and the noise was constant. Sound insulation was especially bad: we could hear neighbors on the stairs as if they were inside, including very disruptive noise early in the morning. Some outside noise is understandable given the location, but the disturbance inside the building was unacceptable. Cleanliness was a serious problem, with many cockroaches of different sizes, including very small ones. We followed the instructions and contacted staff on WhatsApp, but at first they ignored our message. After I followed up more firmly, two staff members arrived with an aggressive attitude and acted as if it was my responsibility to chase them for an answer. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. They said the cockroaches were “normal” because the apartment had recently been fumigated and would soon go away. That didn’t match what we saw. There were many of them, and the tiny ones suggested the infestation was ongoing. If it really had been fumigated recently, the apartment shouldn’t have been rented in that state. The poor communication, lack of equipment, cleanliness problems and way the issue was handled made for a very disappointing stay.

This was a horrible place. Our group had three apartments and 14 guests in total. I was staying in a hotel because I didn’t want to be on the strip, but I booked one apartment for my son and nephew, who arrived later that evening. I checked them in using photos of their passports and mine, then waited at the gate for them. When I took them to the room, the owner became aggressive, shouting and pushing, and said only two people were allowed. I explained that I’d booked it and checked them in. They hadn’t even been inside for ten minutes when he said the police had been called, so I had to find somewhere else for them. Booking.com later called to say the owner of all the apartments had claimed damage was done. That was false. The boys didn’t even have time to change before they had to leave. The next day, he and his friend kept making my sisters and nephews uncomfortable, following them around and asking, “how many people?” and “what room?” My sisters ended up leaving and booking elsewhere. They watched the gates all day to see who came and went. I understand they don’t want unpaid guests staying there, but surely someone can go to their room and wait while you change? The place was horrible, smelled damp, and had mold, cockroaches and ants. I’d stay clear.

The apartment was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t had a proper deep clean in at least a month. Even the dishes were in terrible shape, filthy and unusable until we washed them thoroughly. The furniture wasn’t much better. The sofa in one room was wobbly and unstable, with what looked like damaged legs. The overall quality was very low. At night, the noise was unbearable. Nightclubs surround the building, and the music seemed to converge right into the apartment, continuing until around 4 a.m. We couldn’t fall asleep. It was an awful experience. The only possible plus might be the price. Given the two bedrooms and living room with a sofa, I don’t think it should cost more than 50 euros, and even then the quality would still be unacceptable. I can’t recommend this apartment to anyone.

Avoid this place. It was filthy and smelled bad, with what looked like a cockroach nest in the rooms. Building materials were lying around, and there were “lucky lucky” men living in the complex. The staircases seemed dangerous and the manhole covers unsafe. Security staff were also extremely rude. The whole place felt unsafe, and I don’t know how it meets health and safety standards.
