The food was really good and varied, and the staff were lovely and friendly. There’s a brilliant little gym, better equipped than some leisure centres. It’s right in the middle of the action in Amercanas, but far enough back that you don’t get bombarded with noise. Absolutely perfect little hotel. I’ll 100% be back!

Stayed in March 2026. The reception staff were great and the pool area is stunning, but the room didn’t live up to it. The flooring was chipped and spongy, bathroom tiles were chipped, the shower tray was cracked, and the balcony woodwork was rotten with peeling paint. Odd to have a microwave but no plates or cutlery. The entry system was very good, with a built-in alarm, and the double glazing did a great job keeping noise out.

Mario deserves a special thank you. He made us feel welcome and shared plenty of tips on things to do nearby. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the service and general atmosphere were good. We really enjoyed our stay. If you want somewhere classy with enough peace and good hygiene, this is the place.

The food was lovely and the service was great, with a cheerful bunch of young waiters and waitresses. Our maid kept the room and bathroom spotless, and chef Rafaela deserves a special mention. He’s so cheerful and polite, and makes the best omelettes. We knew the hotel was away from the strip, which suits us. Walk 7-8 minutes in the other direction and you’re at Costa Adeje, with lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It’s just a matter of what kind of night out you prefer. We’ve just returned from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. At reception, a lovely gentleman welcomed us and offered a drink, and we chose a cold glass of cava. The room was very spacious, with a terrace, table, and chairs, plus a microwave, fridge, and kettle. There’s a small charge for the safe. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and a great hairdryer, though its cable wouldn’t reach high enough for me to dry my hair. That was my only negative. The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds. The water isn’t hot, but it’s aired, so getting in wasn’t a freezing shock.
