The owner was so kind and helpful. The apartment is bright and comfortable, in a quiet area just steps from the beach and about a 15-minute walk to the center.

The owners were wonderful, super friendly, and the house was perfectly equipped with every comfort: washing machine, hairdryer, juicer, kettle, toaster, induction stovetop and TV. They left bath and beach towels, plus brochures in a living room corner with information about the island. It’s a very clean, large home with a lovely little balcony and windows in every room except the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows. It’s well placed for visiting Lanzarote, about 7 minutes from the airport and 10 to 40 minutes from every attraction or beach. I couldn’t find a single flaw.

We were welcomed by the owners with water, coffee, tea and chocolates, and they were very kind. The apartment is spacious and well decorated, with all kinds of amenities including a washing machine, microwave, satellite TV and internet. For families, they provide a crib and highchair. It’s in a residential area near the Arrecife ring road, which makes it handy for exploring the island, and parking is very easy.

The hosts were extremely friendly and suggested places to visit on the island, as well as beaches that work well for families with young children. The accommodation was impeccable, with beach towels, a parasol and even toys for the kids. Highly recommended.
