I picked this cute little hostel because it looked quaint and small, not too big or “commercial.” It’s quirky, with lots of surfboards and bikes that seemed to be for hire. There’s “no receptionist,” but a woman seemed to be in charge, doing the receptionist’s job, keeping things in order, and maybe cleaning too. I hope she’s paid well. The staff were friendly, and it was fairly easy to communicate through the WhatsApp number. I stayed in a room with two sets of bunk beds, and the noise levels were fine for sleeping. The living room has one good couch, plus two that look like they could give you a bad back. They need replacing. The location was fine, and the kitchen had the basics for cooking. I loved the gap in the living room roof where you can see the nice blue sky.

The host is friendly and helpful, and towels are free. The bedrooms are tiny, though I have to admit the beds are comfortable. There’s a kitchen where you can cowork, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The hostel is centrally located in Arrecife. There’s only one toilet for men and one for women, plus two showers for all the guests. Can recommend it!

Very clean and tidy, with a warm welcome and buenisima honda. Sleeping by the windows facing the street can be a bit noisy, but earplugs do the trick. Get the entry code in advance so you don’t have to wait at the door, though even that isn’t a big deal. If you don’t have a reservation, they might still help you find a spot. I’d highly recommend it.

A great hostel, with very friendly hosts and a clean place. The Wi-Fi works, and the kitchen and bathrooms are simple but functional. It’s an easy walk to the beach!
