We were glad to leave after a frustrating stay. The hotel felt poorly managed, and its location wasn't good. There was no food until 8 pm, and getting drinks served in the courtyard was difficult.

We came back for a second visit, after staying here during Covid. The hotel still has a nice charm, and the front desk staff were excellent. Our room was decent, though the standard could be better: the air conditioning was weak and loud, and there was no soundproofing.

The restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food at fair prices and fantastic staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was roomy and spotless, and we liked the peaceful setting a little beyond the city center.

10/10
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a small menu of reliably tasty dishes. The property itself is very nice and, for an AC hotel, better than I usually expect. Just keep in mind that it's not a convenient choice if you want to be downtown.

4/10
The free parking was a plus, and our small, very clean room overlooking the garden was fine for one night. The hotel is out in a housing estate on the edge of the city. We struggled to get an evening meal: we were told the restaurant was the only option and didn't open until 8 pm, too late for us, though room service apparently existed and no one mentioned it. Breakfast was disappointing too, with too few staff to keep the self-service food topped up and serve the hot dishes.
