We all had a brilliant time. There were 46 students aged ten or eleven and their teachers, staying three nights. The hotel staff were fantastic, respectful and helpful with both us and the children, and helped us keep to the hotel's and our own Covid Protocol throughout. The grounds were well looked after, and the activities for the students had good equipment. The quality and quantity were great for everyone, not just the teachers. The kids had apartments, while the teachers stayed in the best log cabins I've ever experienced. The swimming pool was fantastic and large enough for the public to swim without being crowded by our group. It was an easy walk into town for souvenirs, and the countryside nearby was wonderful, with easy and more challenging walks as well as swimming in the local river pools.

The area around the complex is beautiful and close to shops and activities, but the property itself needs updating and maintenance. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor, and some pool tiles were broken. The terrace has no shade, so you have to eat inside or go out. The single beds were comfortable, but the double was really uncomfortable. At lunch, the restaurant only offered a buffet.

We had an amazing family stay. There are two pools, a large one for adults and a separate one for kids, and plenty of ways to have fun with the family. The hotel is a lovely place to unwind in the mountains. Rooms have comfortable, large beds, and you can also stay in a wooden bungalow with a kitchen. One night at the restaurant was especially enjoyable, with a barbecue, mojitos, and some of the best waiters you could find.
