The room was large, with a really nice bathroom, and everything was close by. Good value, a pleasant lobby, and nice people at reception. Parking is available at 12 euros a night.

The room was big and clean, though the hotel was busy with lots of pilgrims during our Camino trip. Check-in is at 3pm. We arrived at 2:54pm and kept being reminded about the time and told the room might not be ready, which was confusing. The staff weren't very friendly. Dinner is at the busy restaurant out front, and the pilgrim menu was okay. Breakfast was self-serve with no staff around, so every few minutes someone would rush in shouting for people's room numbers.

The room was nice and quiet, as you'd expect in an urban setting. While walking the Camino, I booked here hoping for a small luxury spa. Spa sessions are limited to set 90-minute times, and massages need to be booked ahead since they sell out. The bathrobe and cap, which cost three euros even though you return them, were brought over only a few minutes before the appointment. I found the spa mediocre. It might be a good family experience, but the sauna and Turkish steam room were at room temperature, as was the Jacuzzi. Not what I expected for €15, though you may enjoy it.

The room was a good size, the bed fairly comfortable, and the shower was great. We liked the location, less than a five-minute walk from the main plaza, and indoor parking cost a fair 8€ per day. We skipped the hotel's breakfast because it was very expensive. Still, finding somewhere to eat or get coffee early, around 8 AM, was quite difficult. There was some cigarette smell in our room at times, though we don't know where it came from.
