The terrace beside the room was a nice touch, and check-in and checkout were straightforward. The room itself was clean, the AC worked, and the hotel replied quickly on WhatsApp. But the bathroom door couldn't be shut because its mechanism was missing, and several drawer handles were broken. Breakfast was a scam: we asked for toast with butter and toast with jam, but got one with tuna 🤯. When we asked for another, they were out of bread. It was an okay stay only because it was cheap.

The breakfast options were pretty limited. We weren't expecting a buffet, but a few more choices like pastries or extra toast toppings would have helped. We were traveling with children, and the room had no TV. They brought one temporarily, but the Wi-Fi still didn't work, so we couldn't use the internet. Aside from those things, it was very good. Not a bad experience, though there are a few areas they could improve.

Getting to the place was a nightmare, and once inside we found dirty towels and a really seedy atmosphere. There was nobody available to help in person. Everything went through WhatsApp, where they often didn't reply, though they were quick enough to take reservations. We asked for a refund and got no response. This can't be called a hotel. We won't go back, even if it were free.
