The service was great, and I had a really good pintxo and coffee. Glad they’ve finally reopened.

There’s plenty of parking, and it’s a handy starting point for several lovely mountain routes, with caves, waterfalls, and more. A Colombian couple are running the place this year and have taken it on with real enthusiasm. They’re doing a great job. Well worth spending the day there, and highly recommended at the moment.

A good spot to recharge after exploring Aralar. The routes from here suit all sorts, from easy walks for kids to tougher hikes. The bar has just reopened with new management, who are very friendly. I tried the potato omelet pintxo and loved it. I haven’t sampled the combination plates yet, but if they’re as good as the omelet, I’m sure they’ll be exquisite.

The new management has really improved both the quality and the customer service. It’s a wonderful place, highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back :)

We had a beer, a kalimotxo, and a small potato omelet pintxo with ham, which came to 10 euros. The prices aren’t even what you’d find in the old part of San Sebastián. The service is awful, and cleanliness seems to be completely off their radar. I don’t know what else to say.
