The apartment is comfortable, bright, and cozy, and felt like good value for money. It’s also conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station. Four of us stayed at Apartamentos Abula in Ávila this past weekend, and we had a very good experience overall. There are a few small things that could be fixed easily: when my companions arrived the day before, they found dirt on the kitchen chairs and in the bathroom. The ceramic hob could use a more thorough clean, and one of the otherwise nice-looking chairs seems a little unstable. Still, the stay was pleasant, and I highly recommend the apartment.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the host was helpful and attentive. It’s a well-located apartment for six at a good price, with parking included. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant sewage smell in the bathrooms.

The owner is friendly and attentive to anything you might need. It’s a large, comfortable apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay, and parking across the street is included. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

We were five adults, and there was plenty of space. The apartment is very well equipped in a quiet area, with parking included. It’s ten minutes from the center, good value for money, and the host was friendly and very attentive.

There’s a parking space on the same street, and David answered any questions almost immediately. We stayed last week, and the apartment was just as described, with everything perfect. It’s centrally located and close to everything, including the center of Ávila, supermarkets, and banks.
