We were very comfortable at "La Senderilla" from August 7th to 12th. The owners were delightful, especially Clotilde, who made us feel welcome and shared information about the area so kindly. The house has everything you could need, is beautiful and well equipped, and the hot tub is fantastic. It’s also in an exceptional spot, just 5 minutes from Ávila. Our pets were made very welcome too, which was another lovely plus. A wonderful house in a truly privileged setting. Thank you for the hospitality. 🙂

Luis, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable, and he’s a really kind person. We spent a week in August of 2025 at the casita del Dolmen and were so grateful to find somewhere this welcoming, with so many thoughtful details. Nothing was missing. The only thing you need to do is buy food, since everything else is taken care of. The spectacular jacuzzi adds a touch of luxury, and here, feeling at home really means something. The village is very quiet, and the place is close to Avila, with the shopping center just 5 minutes away by car. We’ll definitely come back. It was a great experience.

It’s a quiet spot about 5 km from Ávila, and the house is comfortable, welcoming and very well equipped. The patio and pool are on a separate property about 100 m away, shared between the two houses. We’re giving it 4 stars because we brought our dog and thought we’d be able to leave him in the patio while we visited beautiful Ávila. He’s older and gets tired easily.

The hosts were wonderful, even showing and explaining everything in the house and offering tourist information, a list of good restaurants and bars, and places to visit. They were attentive and made everything easy. The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable, and spotless. Its spectacular, very large and comfortable jacuzzi made our romantic getaway feel complete. It’s lovely to stay in a quiet town with countless birds, including birds of prey flying very close, while Ávila is nearby. A great place to get away from city life, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a monumental city. We won’t forget this stay. We’ll definitely return.

It’s a cozy house for a few days away with the family, and a good place to unwind. They allow pets, which is a real plus since that’s not easy to find. The house has everything you need and excellent heating for a winter visit. Ávila is only 5-10 minutes away, so visiting the city is easy. The owners are both delightful and friendly, and gave us great tips about the town and what to see in Ávila. My family and I highly recommend it.
