The staff were very friendly. The woman even let me put my water in her fridge, which I appreciated. The hotel is fairly good, but my room was very small and could use some extra comforts. There was no mini-fridge, even a small one of at least 30 cm. The locks use an old system and the lock medallion is very heavy.

I was only passing through Avila for a few hours, and this was the first place I saw after getting off the train. The concierge, a man in his 50s or 60s with glasses, was extremely kind, generous and helpful even though I wasn’t buying anything. He made my day!

We expected to stay three days, but the poor service and the way we were treated made us leave on the same day we arrived. The people working there weren’t what we’d hoped for. Thanks.

Really good value for the price. Breakfast is great, though it isn’t available on Mondays.

A budget hotel with really well-mannered staff. Very good.
