Hostal Bellas

The location was a highlight, right in the historic center among lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed in room 308 on the third floor and slept really well. It was warm the whole time thanks to the central heating, which we appreciated in cold Ávila. The room was spacious, with a double bed, private bathroom with a shower and bidet, a medium built-in closet, a little glass table, and two wooden chairs. You have to pass through four doors to reach it. We'd definitely stay again if we can get the same price or less next time.

The location was perfect and the staff were very attentive. The room was also very clean, apart from a few hairs in the bathroom. But it was extremely noisy. We heard conversations, videos, and other people's bedtime activities all along the floor, and couldn't sleep at all. There isn't an elevator, so there's a long flight of stairs to climb, and it isn't wheelchair accessible.

The place was warm and really clean, and the staff were friendly and so attentive, always happy to help make the stay enjoyable. This was my second time here. I'd choose it again if I come back. Thank you 😊.

The old building has its rooms on the third floor and no elevator, so it won't work well for anyone with reduced mobility or for families needing a stroller. But it's very handy for a weekend in Ávila, just a few metres from Plaza del Mercado Chico and close to the El Rastro parking lot. I stayed two nights and didn't hear any noise at all. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
