Rubén was outstandingly kind and attentive throughout our stay, and I’ll definitely come back. The location is a real luxury, right opposite the statue of Saint Teresa of Ávila and beside the towers and entrance gate of Plaza Santa Teresa, as shown in the attached photos. The apartment is very spacious, with a magnificent dining room looking toward the city walls through a large window. There’s also a big, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed.

The views were the best part of our stay. Rubén gave us a warm welcome, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking was convenient, with direct access. Everything was perfect, and we’d definitely return.

You step out of the building straight onto the square, the location is unbeatable. The owner was friendly and attentive, and the apartment was spotless down to the smallest detail. A 10/10 for me, and I’ll definitely be back.

Everything is brand new and well maintained, and the kitchen has all the equipment you need. The location is excellent. I recommend reserving a parking space in the building, which has direct access.
