Right in the heart of Aviles, this is a lovely place. The hosts were very caring, and the property was super clean and quiet.

We spent the holiday weekend in the ground-floor apartment. It's well located and clean, and Alba, the person in charge, was attentive and kind. The price seemed fair for what you get. There was a damp smell, though, and the bed was small, about 1.2 m, I'd guess. I recommend it.

Alba was lovely. Our flight was delayed for a long time, but she did us a huge favor by opening the door very late. The apartment is quite large, really clean, and very well located. It has a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a ceramic hob.

The owner runs the place directly and is incredibly friendly. It's a cozy apartment with everything you need in Avilés's historic center, just steps from the Niemeyer Center. Smoking isn't allowed, and the public parking garage at Plaza de España is 100 meters away.
