Rebeca at reception was friendly and helpful, and Raquel was lovely when she was working in the evening. The owner was kind as well and kept checking whether I needed anything. The hotel’s decor is incredible and makes it feel cozy. There are elevators and good free Wi-Fi. It’s in an excellent spot for Avilés old town. Breakfast is available for an extra fee, and there are restaurants and coffee places all over Avilés.

The entrance and reception look amazing, and the route to the rooms is well maintained and decorated. But the room was a shock. The shower cubicle was moldy, the picture frame was covered in dust, and there were spiders crawling around in the bed. I could go on. The cleaner is doing a really, really bad job.

We had a great breakfast and slept comfortably in a sparkling clean room with good Wi-Fi. The host was so friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We stayed two nights at the charming Hotel Don Pedro and would happily stay again if we ever return to Avilés. Highly recommended. (from Dorothy)

We came to Aviles for one night and stayed for three. The staff, Rebeca, Paula and Marcial, were all super friendly. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was great, breakfast was good, and the price was excellent value. It’s a charming place. Loved it, and highly recommend it.

It’s a really nice place in the best spot in the city, and the person at reception was kind. A big party at one of the bars on the street went on until 02.00 and kept me from sleeping, though I know that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I should have asked for a quiet room. Apart from that, I definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you.
