Avin is a small town with a museum of Avin's glacial fauna, well worth a visit. It’s also a great location, and Maribel, the owner, is charming, as is her family who live in town. We spent 10 days here this July, and it’s the best house we’ve stayed in so far. It was quiet enough that we couldn’t hear a thing at night. The beds were comfortable, which matters a lot to me on holiday, and the house was very well equipped, with a complete set of kitchenware and everything else we needed. I recommend it 100%.
