The grounds are really well kept, the apartments spotless, and parking is conveniently located. It’s close to the beach and has a great atmosphere. Peaceful too, a good place to share with family and get away for a bit.

We really liked the spacious, comfortable apartment and the calm location. There’s a minimarket, ice cream shop, bar, restaurants, and shopping centre nearby, plus the Marina de isla canela is close and a huge beach is a five minute walk away. Great for kids. The lift sometimes broke down, and the private parking was tight for very long cars.

A peaceful place to stay, with parking inside the buildings and two pools surrounded by well-maintained gardens. Playa Grande is right on a large beach in Punta del Moral, with easy access to the sand.

The sunsets are just breathtaking, and walking along the beach and promenade as the sun goes down is wonderful. The beaches are clean and only steps from the apartments. I loved how peaceful and family-friendly it was, with no clubs or loud music, and plenty of places to visit a short drive away.

The people in town and on the beaches are excellent, and the beaches themselves are wonderful and clean. But the area was beautiful ten years ago and now seems neglected, especially the sidewalks, which are broken in dangerous ways. The apartments have leaking mattresses, kitchenware, and appliances such as washing machines. The dishwashers and showers smell awful, and the mattresses are best left unseen.
