Our apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the pool was spotless and never crowded. The place itself is new and very quiet. The beach directly by the entrance can't be accessed because of the rocks, so you have to walk in either direction. To the left, the beach is covered with algae. On a couple of evenings, about 20 young people gathered outside the gate, playing loud music at 2 am and trying to get in. Both times, they moved on very quickly.

The key pickup instructions were clear, and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had air conditioning, two bathrooms and a nice terrace, and was fully equipped. We slept so well. We liked everything.

The whole building is modern and well cared for, and you need a fob to open the electric gate. There is covered parking under the building as well as covered parking outside. We stayed on the fourth floor in a luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo facing the ocean. Homa holidays managed the unit. To find it, type los flamencos into Google Maps.

The beach is 100 meters away, and the large gardens and facilities make this a good choice with kids. There are modern, very clean new apartments with sea views and air conditioning, plus a shared pool, padel court, soccer and basketball court, tennis court and playground. Highly recommended.

Everything in the modern apartment was brand new. It's close to the beach and sports facilities, and there's covered parking. Highly recommended.
