The terrace has tables and loungers, with a view over the marshes. Reception was rarely staffed, though we didn't really need it. Everything was very clean and tidy. The pool is small and the water very cold, but it's not bad. The location works if you have a car, and although there's no parking, finding a spot is easy.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the room and bathroom were both very clean and quite spacious. The hotel is well located, with plenty of parking nearby. I'd suggest having someone at reception to keep an eye on check-in and check-out and help with other guest needs. The pool is pleasant and spacious, though not very deep, and could be cleaner. I'd definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, the girl was curt and completely apathetic, not friendly at all. I said I wanted to pay in cash, and she replied, "I'd prefer you pay by card." We booked through Booking.com and left a bad review there. Then she called me, not to ask what had happened, but literally to ask if I could DELETE THE REVIEW. Seriously? They didn't even have her supervisor call. Instead of apologizing or trying to make the customer feel better, they did the opposite. Asking me to delete the review says it all.

The room cleaning was pretty good. I know it's only a two-star hotel, so you can't expect more, but I've stayed in better places with no stars at all. I was travelling with my baby, and it was really bad that the website said they had a cot but there wasn't one when we arrived. The lift up to reception is a goods lift. Coming down with the stroller, I thought I was going to die because it dropped like a free fall. They should fix it. Having almost nobody at reception is poor service too.
