Atardeceres d'Aragón

Carlos made everything easy, from keeping us comfortable to suggesting lovely routes and itineraries. We had another magnificent stay, our third time at this apartment in Fontellas (Huesca). We explored parts of the Aragonese Pyrenees that were new to us, and there are still more corners to discover, so we'll definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Carlos quickly arranged activities for our long weekend, including rafting, a castle visit, and horseback riding. His hospitality was easily the best part. The house was clean, lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, and the little village had real charm. We felt at home and would gladly return. A 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

A very quiet village makes this a nice spot for a relaxing break. Ayerbe is close by for groceries and bread, with two excellent bakeries. The house itself has modern windows, comfortable heating, and a kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

The calm around the house made for such peaceful walks, and the place is well set up with everything we needed. On arrival, the attentive host had maps and lots of ideas for things to do ready for us. Driving there is quick, depending on where you're coming from; without a car, you can take the train to Ayerbe and then get a taxi or walk about 40 minutes. Some stretches of that path are rocky enough to hurt your feet, though the walk isn't too hard. If I remember right, it costs around 100 euros a night. For four or five people, the recommended maximum, it's good value, especially since the house is so worthwhile. My only complaint was that there seemed to be more cobwebs than I expected. Still, it's very much worth a stay.
