The room was disappointing, and the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards. We found slime on the walls, and even had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. The main problem, though, was the pool. We paid €200 for the night, but the water was freezing when we first tried it. They insisted it was 30 degrees Celsius and that it only felt cold to us, and didn’t do anything about it. We went in anyway to get some use out of what we’d paid for. A few hours later it felt even colder, so I raised it again and got the same answer. He suggested putting our hands in cold water first, which was surreal. A car arrived five minutes into the conversation to check the temperature, and they said it was 31 degrees Celsius, which seemed impossible. After that visit the pool began to warm up, but by then it was 10 pm and it hadn’t heated properly. The next morning it was still cold. I even offered to have him come see it himself, but he only sent a photo of the heater. I spent a lot to sit in a cold pool, and nobody fixed it. I absolutely don’t recommend this room. In my opinion, their other rooms with jacuzzis cost half as much and are ten times better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the owner’s empathy. We had a misunderstanding, but he was kind and understanding throughout. It’s a quiet location with bars nearby for a drink or a meal. The room was very nice, with a private pool just behind the bed. We slept better than ever, the towels were fine, and there were bathrobes too. They also provided a coffee maker and capsules, hot chocolate, juice, milk, and pastries. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely return.

Having a heated pool right in the room was a real luxury. The suite was clean and welcoming, the bed was really comfortable, and it had everything we could need. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The check-in is handled on your phone, so you can arrive and go straight in without waiting for anyone. It made it easy to unwind, and the town is quiet, with bars where you can get lunch or dinner at very good prices. Salamanca is a short drive away or even reachable by train, and it’s beautiful if you haven’t visited before. The pool was amazing, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was plenty of privacy. Phone and WhatsApp support was good and detailed. Just a couple of small issues: the shower water ran a little toward the toilet, and the dehumidifier could bother light sleepers. Still, I definitely recommend it. Thanks very much.

We’d happily return. The hosts were attentive and thoughtful, and the suite had some unique touches. It’s ideal for couples, with all the amenities and a pool behind the bed. The water felt pleasantly warm even in winter.
