The place is clean and modern, and being right in the center of Badajoz made for a pleasant stay. I’d recommend it. A couple of small things could be better: there were no tea towels for drying your hands after doing dishes, and the emergency light and microwave clock were too bright. A curtain on the wooden divider between the kitchen and sleeping area might help. Some Spanish TV channels were missing.

Claudia and Irene made a real difference. They were warm and attentive from the start, happy to answer questions, help with online check-in, and suggest room options. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was also ideal, close to transport, restaurants, and tourist spots. I had a great stay and would gladly come back or recommend it.

The apartment was in a good location, but the stay left me uneasy. The advertised washing machine wasn't there, and although I was given a Wi-Fi password, there was no network. Other arriving guests tried several times to get into my apartment, saying they hadn't received the full information. With people ignoring the signs and the door needing to be shut properly, that feels like a real security concern. The entrance lock to the building was broken and the door was often left wide open. Management seemed poor, the hallway was noisy, and the elevator beeped very loudly.

Claudia and Inma were lovely hosts, really welcoming and helpful. I spent a week in the apartment and found it spotless, with everything I needed. It’s right in the historic center of Badajoz, too.

The apartment was pleasant, central, and surprisingly quiet for a weekend stay. We found the bed quite uncomfortable, though, at least for us.
