It's a great value, modern little hotel, recently remodeled, with comfortable beds and pristine linens. The pillows were a bit hard and the walls slightly thin, which we expected. Parking is in the city center, so your car may be a bit down the street, but the neighborhood feels safe. Shops, parks, historical sites, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Highly recommend it. The first photo is just an example of the architecture, not the hotel entrance.

The hotel's in a very convenient location, and breakfast is available. It was a pleasant stay in this quiet, fairly small place, which looked recently renovated. We were welcomed warmly, given a map, and got a quick rundown of places to eat. They were all fully booked when we tried for dinner, so I'd recommend booking ahead. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was decent, and the rooms were generously sized with plenty of wardrobe space for coats and luggage. I'm not keen on blankets on hotel beds, though that's just personal preference. I wasn't fond of the hairdryer either, but it did the job since I'd forgotten mine. The rooms have heating and air conditioning, plus balcony doors that I'm sure are lovely in warmer weather.

The air conditioning wasn't working, and we only noticed after reception had closed. It wasn't giving off any warm air, and there were no Nordic blankets either. We were freezing all night.

The service was good whenever we contacted them by phone or WhatsApp, though not having anyone at a physical reception gave the place a slightly neglected feel. The hotel seems quite new and renovated, and it was clean and tidy. Our room was a little small and had no mini-fridge for water. Still, it was very good value, and I'd probably stay again if I came back to Baeza.
