The house has real potential and sits in a great location. We stayed for three nights in mid July, but left disappointed and felt it was very poor value. There seems to have been a recent change in management, and the experience wasn't what we expected. There was basically nobody working there. Breakfast was self service, with very poor, mostly industrial food and drinks, and our rooms weren't cleaned during the stay. We also tried several times to ask about buying Txakoli and got no reply.

The rooms were immaculate, and the pre visit information was very well organised. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast room and facilities. It's surrounded by a vineyard and offers great value.

You can tell the place is looked after with care. It was clean, lovely, and had a polished feel, with a very peaceful atmosphere and incredibly nice managers. The views were stunning and the beach was really close. Best of all, the Txakoli they make is the best I've tasted in the Basque Country. A marvelous experience, totally recommend it!
