There are bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk. The hotel itself has no bar or restaurant, apart from breakfast.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are tiny, and looking under the beds shows how unclean they are. The service was very poor, especially from one waitress who wouldn't even look at you. You can only have seconds if there's food left, and whether you get any is up to them. They say they'll refill the first course, then tell you it's not ready or that they're out of fruit. They charge a lot for nothing.

The walls are paper-thin, so you hear everything, and the lobby plays the same song on repeat. Still, it's very clean, the staff are lovely, and the shower is great. The simple room had a terrace and worked fine for one night on the way north. The decor has a 70s feel, and breakfast was an acceptable continental one.

We had a very good breakfast, and they even gave us a little sweet treat. The rooms were good too, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were really friendly. We had a standard room with a terrace and an ordinary bathroom, nothing to worry about, and there was a garage. For the price, it was quite good during the long weekend we stayed. I'll definitely come back. Such a shame about the wildfires near the town.
